Dancercise

  • Low impact line–dancing for Seniors

 

Yoga

  • Gentle stretching for people of all ages& fitness levels

 

Pedal / Pump (Indoor Cycling)

  • ½ hour non-impact, fat burning ride for people of all ages & fitness levels
  • ½ hour upper body strength training and abdominal workout

 

Step

  • Fast paced exercise using a 6 to 8 inch platform for cardio conditioning and weights for toning.
  • For people of all ages & fitness levels.

Interval Step

  • Fast paced exercise, alternating cardio conditioning, with strength training.
  • Very basic and effective moves.
  • For people of all ages & fitness levels.

 

Pilates

  • Gentle but intense exercise to promote core strength and long, lean muscles.
  • For people of all ages & fitness levels.
  •  

Senior Gang

  • Chair exercises & gentle strength-training with light weights & bands.
  • Especially for senior citizens.

 

Kick / Pump

  • ½ hour of aerobics using boxing & martial arts moves.
  • ½ hour of strength-training & abdominal workout.
  • For people of all ages looking for a challenge!

 

These classes are FREE with your membership!
Non-members must pay $5.00* per class or may buy a punch card - 12 Classes for $40.00*

These cannot be used for Women on Weights.
