Step
- Fast paced exercise using a 6 to 8 inch platform for cardio conditioning and weights for toning.
- For people of all ages & fitness levels.
Interval Step
- Fast paced exercise, alternating cardio conditioning, with strength training.
- Very basic and effective moves.
- For people of all ages & fitness levels.
Pilates
- Gentle but intense exercise to promote core strength and long, lean muscles.
- For people of all ages & fitness levels.
Senior Gang
- Chair exercises & gentle strength-training with light weights & bands.
- Especially for senior citizens.
Kick / Pump
- ½ hour of aerobics using boxing & martial arts moves.
- ½ hour of strength-training & abdominal workout.
- For people of all ages looking for a challenge!
These classes are FREE with your membership!
Non-members must pay $5.00* per class or may buy a punch card - 12 Classes for $40.00*
These cannot be used for Women on Weights.
