Fitness Classes

Total Fitness has something for everyone, no matter what your style!

The following are included in your membership:

Seniors:

  • Dancercise-Low-impact line-dancing and stretch
  • Senior Gang-chair exercises and gentle strength training with light weights

 

Mind/Body:

  • Yoga-Gentle stretching to promote flexibility and calm
  • Pilates-A series of gentle but intense exercises designed to promote flexibility, balance, and core strength

 

Cardio:

  • Step-Fast paced exercise using a 6 to 8 inch platform for cardio conditioning and hand weights for toning
  • Indoor Cycling-non-impact, but intense bike ride using Schwinn bikes
  • Interval Training-Fast paced, very basic but intense moves alternating between cardio and strength.
  • Cardio Kickbox-Fast paced, intense aerobic moves incorporating boxing, martial arts and calisthenics

 

Children:

  • Fit Kids-A half hour of games and activity promoting the joy of moving

 

Specialty Classes are offered for an extra fee. Annual members get a discounted price.

  • Women on Weights - A one hour class devoted to teaching the correct way to lift weights and train all the muscles in your body; women only!

 

Non-Members:

We offer all our classes to non-members by the class or a punch card.
One class-$5.00*
Punch card for 12 classes-$40.00*

These cannot be used for Women on Weights.
