Hello Total Fitness, my name is Matthew Tielbar! I live in Guttenberg, have a wife named Holly and three children, Rohnan 12, Harrison 10 and Nova 9. Besides my love for my family, I love doing anything active including hiking, working out, camping and kayaking. I have been extremely passionate about various topics such as hormones, nutrition, exercise, etc. for the past 6 years. Fun fact about me, I have not missed a Monday, Wednesday or Friday workout for 251 weeks consecutively. I look forward to working and meeting with anyone who may have interest in improving themselves.
