WOW - Women on Weights

This program is for women only and is non-intimidating and fun! During this program you can rev up your metabolism, burn fat, get stronger, tone your muscles, and manage stress.

Jump Start

A nutrition and weight loss program full of energy and motivation to get you on the track to a healthier you!  Jump Start is geared for all levels...beginners, couch potatoes, people who need to modify, and of course our workout warriors who want that extra push!

Holiday Slim Down Challenge

Commit yourself to avoid holiday weight gain, stay focused, and be fit with this 6 week challenge for men and women!  Total Fitness can help guide you with nutritional & fitness tasks to complete each week.  Next Challenge begins in November!

5th/6th Boys & Girls League
This competitive basketball league program is available for 5th & 6th grade.  Eight games are played over the course of 6 Sundays, and prizes will be awarded to the 1st place team.
Games begin October 22, 2017.

The youth basketball program for 3rd & 4th grade starts January 2018.

Co-Ed Youth Flag Football

Youth flag football is a co-ed learning program for K-5th grade.  Next program is fall 2018

Dance Party Workouts

We have Dance Party Workouts several times a year.  Great for kids to have fun while exercising!
